MDKonstruction has Architectural Designer that will put your dreams into reality. He will listen to you and produce drawings and specifications at an affordable price. Use technical manuals to ensure compliance with required codes and standards.
Structural Engineering Works
Designing Bones and Muscles of the Structure with Precision.
MDKonstruction has Structural Engineer trained to design the ābones and musclesā that will create the form and shape of your structure. No guess work. Structural engineering design uses a number of relatively simple structural concepts to build complex structural systems.
Civil Engineering Works
When you are satisfied with the architectural and structural plans, we engage the site manager to turn the drawings into reality. Ground work begins.
MDKonstruction has a highly qualified and skilled Civil Engineer who will manage your project on the ground. He was trained in Russia and has special eye to detail. He will estimate the cost of each phase of your project based on the architectural and structural drawings. Sometimes we may recommend hiring a Quantity Surveyor for this work.
Plumbing and Electrical Services
MDKonstruction has electricians ready to do wiring and install required electical components on a contract basis. Similarly, MDK has seasoned plumbers to get the plumbing work professionally done. As owner of the project, you are free to bring in your own electrician or plumber.
