The skies are not as clear and blue today in #lilongwe but that’s okay.
We were on the roof installating solar panels. This gave us a good view of Airwing neighborhood. It’s amazing to see this area get developed within a short time.
Acacia Stay is 25 days away from opening doors for business. We have managed everything for them as our client since they started this project. Our staff has expanded because of the partnership with #acaciastay

At MDK we believe that a well done kitchen unit in an open design home makes all the difference. This is probably the most used or popular place in the whole house. It just have to look 👌 and we will make sure it does.
Wardrobe/Workstation Set in the Bedroom.
With busy schedules, more and more people prefer to do their work from home. Acacia Stay has them covered right in their bedrooms. We believe Acacia Stay got it right!
Progress extends to plastering outside and installing wardrobes in bedrooms. We can’t wait to see the final product.

STEP 2: Find a Location (Constructing a New Home)
You will have to acquire land where to build your house or business. If you need assistance, contact MDKonstruction. MDKonstruction has real estate partners on the ground. It is important that you have someone credible to check all the documents before paying anyone. That is why Acacia Stay purchased from Lilaga. It might be a little more expensive but it’s worthy every penny.
Should you need assistance in acquiring land or plots to build, contact MDKonstruction. MDK has realtors in Malawi that can help you acquire plots with genuine documents.
FYI – When we acquired the land at Acacia Phase 2, there was very little building activity on the ground. But that started changing very quickly. The point is, be calm, developing a neighborhood like Acacia takes time. Stick to your plan.
