Currently, MDK is pursuing its long-term plan - an ambitious, Mixed-Use Real Estate project in Lilongwe, Malawi, called Chiseka Heights. Chiseka Heights aims to cater luxurious single-family homes to buyers, apartments to renters, commercial spaces to businesses, educational facilities, and other amenities to its residents and surrounding communities.

MD Konstruction was registered on 24th May, 2021 in accordance with the provisions of the Business Registration Act (No. 12 of 2012) and was entered under the number MBRS1164887 in the Malawi Business Registration Database.
